ScheduleOver six live weeks, we work through the ten habits of highly influential people, including integrity, believing in people, listening, connecting, and empowering others. Each week is about putting them to work at the office, at home, and everywhere in between. This live, interactive group is led by a Maxwell Leadership Certified coach who has lived what she teaches.

What happens if I have to miss a session?
Most leadership training is built for people who already have the title. This one is for everyone else.
It's based on John C. Maxwell and Jim Dornan's bestselling book Becoming a Person of Influence, and it starts from a simple truth: every time your life touches someone else's, you have influence. You don't need a big position or a big following. The only question is whether you're using that influence on purpose.
How do I join the sessions?
Each session meets weekly on Tuesday live via zoom. You will receive a welcome email within 24 hours with a recurring link and a calendar file.
I’ve taken other leadership courses, how is this different?
We encourage you to join every session live as we add time at the end for a live Q&A with Lisa.
We record each session so you can refer to the recording for further learning or if you missed a session.
